As South Pointe is a covenant-controlled neighborhood, it is necessary to request approval from our homeowner volunteer Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to initiating any and all improvements to the exterior and/or yard of your property.

Please submit your AIR at least 45 days prior to scheduling your painting project. All painting projects must be approved prior to initiation of work.
